Oh hey, Welcome to my blog! It's newly refurbished as of August 11, 2013 (12:48 PM, GMT +8) so you might not get used to its 'sleeker' and 'more classic' look. I'm almost in the official phase of adulthood. Perhaps I should start identifying my blog with who and what I really am now and start getting rid of colorful doodle pad themes and cartoonized banners for my blog (chuckles).
I guess this is the most challenging part of my blog reconstruction -- telling my readers about myself. Aside from the fact that I'm not totally articulate in writing, talking about myself and about someone else are not my cup of tea. I dream to be everything but a Biographer.
So let me just enumerate the 21 things ('cause I'm 21 years old... makes sense eh?) I know about myself or others obviously see in me:
1. I am Pya. Pronounced as Pia or |'Pee-ya|. Spelling's way too unusual for a usual name.
2. Commonly mistaken as a high school student, but no. I'm a college graduate.
3. I currently work as an Information Education Communication (IEC) Assistant for a development project of United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
4. I am a makeup buff. I started to be one in the late 2010.
5. I got my makeup inspirations from my cousin who works in Estee Lauder store in Dubai and of course, the makeup tutors, Michelle and Promise Phan.
6. I'm into wearing dark smokey eyes and pale lips.
7. I love Lime Crime and Mac Makeup
8. I love dressing up. I don't have specific fashion inspirations, I amass different ensembles I see and develop them into my own style.
9. Printed leggings and graphic tees usually fill up my closet.
10. I can't go out without something distinct in my look. I love wearing statements.
11. I love big cocktail rings, statement earrings and accessories.
12. I own lesser shoes because I always look for peculiar styles, that I actually cannot wear everyday (Example: heel-less shoes, 6-inch stilettos, bulky booties, leopard printed with spikes all around).
13. I am known for being Photoshop, Premier, Illustrator savvy.
14. I usually have an individualistic view of the world.
15. I am Feminist.
16. I support RH Law, Freedom of Information Bill and Divorce Bill.
17. I dream to be a part of the Legislation.
18. I love travelling. But I don't travel much. :(
19. I love cheese.
20. Not a vegetarian, but can survive a day, or week eating veggie alone.
21. I love GOD.
I post new facts everytime a year is officially added on my age. Not so fast, I assume. See you around!
