Short Notice

I received a text message from my professor and I was asked to give a few words about my course and Development Communication minor in her behalf. And you know how it feels when you are given a big task in a short notice. Since I felt so awkward to decline, so my co-DevCom Quimn and I prepared a simple/impromptu speech for the freshwomen. But after all, I still received a praise from my professor. A simple "you did it well" with a tap on my shoulder really made my day indeed, despite feeling so sick everytime I face the crowd and delivering a talk. It's a good way to start overcoming my fear.
