It was never one of my dreams, but it damn came true.Spending 18 hours in Marina Bay Sands Singapore still remains a dream, as much as I want to bump my head on a wall to remind me it was true. It was the last attraction to visit on our Singapore trip checklist, and we regret for spending one night on this prestigious paradise. Well, there will be always next time. Hihihi!
It actually became a trending topic among the netizens because of the weird boat structure that connects the three towers, which unbelievably houses the 146m elevated infinity pool - WORLD's LONGEST! I've been seeing people wishing to be there, including the place in their bucketlists, boasting how it feels to swim on top, while there I was, lurking at their varied comments, never in one of my dreams to be there. But on July 23, I was there, indulging myself, watching the city from above, studying the Singapore skyline, and walking through the longest pool was like exploring the world instantly as you hear different language mumbling as you came across different guests who are also experiencing a one-of-a-kind experience.
So here it goes. You won't be able to step on the skypark infinity pool, not even a camera's snapshot, not even a small peek if you are not checked in. So my friends and I really saved enough bucks to even afford the cheapest room. Low cost rooms are located at the lower levels of the tower. The higher the level, the more money you'll have to splurge. We are at the ROOM 367 Tower 2. out of 57 FLOORS!

Since it recently opened in 2010, the interiors showcase a very contemporary mood. I eventually became reminded of SDA building in Taft. LOL |
However, it doesn't look cheap after all. We even felt like royal princesses! We got a premiere 47 sq m room, great for parties and can host up to 10 people.

Two flat screens, a reeiving area, a spacious balcony (With Singapore Garden by the Bay as your view) and a bar with complementary Nespresso Coffee. It has 2 toilets, a bath tub, enclosed shower area, and a powder room. Oh YEAH that's the effin life for the three of us!

The bed space can actually fixed to use the space as a dance floor. How I wish I could teleport my friends in the Philippines!
And this is the main event of our stay. To dunk ourselves in the pool!
The view when you peek at the pool edge. Feels like falling eh?
Okay! So time for waking up to get back to reality. But for sure, I'm gonna save up to get back to this place. I want my parents to experience this kind of luxury just as they gave me this glam opportunity. I promise the next time, it'll be a treat holiday on me! :)
