The Ultimate Healthy Project

I gained a lot of weight last year. It all started during my sembreak in November, when I had mac n' cheese as my midnight snack. I never had a chance to keep my body shape back on track as Christmas season came after. I just learned about the BIG change I had as I looked through my pictures in the past.

Summer 2011

December 2010

December 2011. Gained weight.
AS much as possible, I do not really want to go on a diet and I have never undergone the process of dieting. So as part of my New Year's Resolution this 2012, I have to start eating healthy by getting rid of all the sugars (fron Nutella) and the sodiums (from the mac n cheese) I had last year. :)

To start, I have to get used to eating light amount of food. During the first week of January, I successfully consumed oatmeal as a substitute for rice the whole week. But since I cannot stand surviving the entire week without solids, I partnered the oatmeal with fish and tortang talong (eggplant omelet).

I try exploring a variety of healthy foods to eat. As part of my meal today, I have kilawin (sour noodles and banana heart), chopsuey and a Jasmine Tea. This time, I have to rest my taste buds for bland oatmeal and try to feed myself with something tasty. happy eating!
