Bohol Bee Farm

If you're a food blogger, organic living, or you just want to try out something new, try to drop by Bohol Bee Farm. It's just 20 minutes from Alona Beach, and I suggest you drop by their place during lunch. They also have room accommodation if you wish to stay overnight, but they don't have shoreline just like Alona Beach and Dumaluan Beach have.

Definitely the best dining view... ever!

Everything in here is organic. From the rice, vegetables, even the meat used
in every meal! All natural and good for one's healthy.
Now this is what you called a guiltless gluttony.

Never that Bougainvillea flowers that we usually grow at home are edible!

Happy tummy for the rest of the gang! Did I mention it was
Easter when we went here? Well that was the best Easter lunch ever!

We're eating gardens, literally!
Bohol Bee Farm is also best known for their home made ice cream with exotic organic flavors! Instead of using cones that we are familiar with, they put their ice creams into dried cassava cones instead. Amazing!

Malunggay and Durian Ice Cream!

After the sumptuous lunch and dessert, we had a short tour of their farm. It's worth PHP 30.00, but if you want to tour the farm just for the bees, better not avail it anymore. It may be ironic to say that there are no bees in Bohol Bee Farm. Due to the change in weather patterns and climate change, bees cannot survive anymore in their area, so they decided to export them to other places.

Vermiculture

The herbs that they serve at the restaurant are freshly
harvested from their garden.

I wish I have this hammock at home.

Of course, Bohol Bee Farm is not complete without honey,
Countryside designs made me feel more relaxed! I love it.

The Spicy Verdict
Guaranteed HOT! Though we were not able to see the bees (which is I guess the essence of the farm's name), but you were able to fill my stomach with love and happiness from the healthy food and my eyes with great sceneries. Go Green, Go Organic!

Always,
